Unify is an organisation that was started by passionate individuals with a common purpose – to provide quality care to those in need. With over 40 years of combined experience within the disability industry, the roll-out of the NDIS was a provided opportunity to see this into fruition. Since then, we have supported hundreds of individuals and families, provided meaningful positions and careers for many staff, offered a range of multidisciplinary services and serviced over 250 suburbs within Victoria. With an ever-growing team of dedicated staff, our goal to provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities remains strong.

Having seen many shortcomings in care provisions to individuals and families, our aspirations to hold a high standard of care remains priority. Our motto, inspiring growth, was carefully chosen to depict our very purpose. From our 1:1 disability support services to our specialist behaviour intervention, enhancing the quality of life of each participant is the consistent goal among our services.

We like to think of Unify as hosting a family – among our staff, industry connections and participants. We harness a fun working environment and consider our work spaces safe and enjoyable for the staff who work there and participants who want to come in for a chat, support or simply, a coffee. Our very name ‘Unify’, is a testimony to our unitary and inclusive culture.
